When Im at the grocery store and want to use my points calculator and Im using my data, it says my log in information is incorrect and cannot log in. Im at home connected to wifi and it works no problem. For me, the purpose of it on my phone is to use it while Im out and I cant

I love the app but it needs improvements! Like if I go back a few days I cant easily click back to "today" - I manually have to forward back day by day. Also, why doesnt WW have a section in the weight-in for measuring body like the size of hips, thighs and waist!

A few thoughts on additions and opportunities I would like to see 1. Membership card should be able to show in passbook. Takes too many steps in app to find it. 2. Scanned foods should show up in "my foods". Shouldnt have to go somewhere different to find them. 3. Would like to see the Calculator visible in main page 4. I would love the option to share daily trackers with friends 5. Would like to be able to select multiple items when logging meals.

I downloaded this app and it wont even let me log in. Keeps saying my username and password are wrong, which I know they arent..So how can I really rate it when I cant even use it!!!

I like the functions of this app, but ever since the update I have to log in almost every time I open the app. Please make it so I can stay logged in.

I find this app generally really useful, but since the last update, my Fitbit information doesnt sync properly (and Ive gone through the steps of deleting and re-adding my device) and the app is soooo slow when trying to track items. Very frustrating.

I cant log in on my phone but works on iPad???? Wrote to WW and was told to re-Install the app.... Still does not work???? Cant say that technical support is very helpful☹️☹️☹️

Glitchy. Shuts my phone down if I dont have at least 40% battery.

Previously the app provided space to record water intake, daily vitamin and personal measurements. Im missing those features. Also I would prefer to be able to see all of my points - fit points, exercise points and remaining weekly on the dashboard. Loving the scanner!

Anyone else having issues with iOS 10 update and not allowing you into the app?

What a terrible app. Doesnt appear to be getting better over the years. Doesnt even allow me to log in. Failed not recognized.

It doesnt recognize my username and password and I cant even log in!

I cannot even login to the app as I registered on the French Canadian site and the app is only in English and does not recognize my login from the French Canadian site.

Been trying for three weeks to log into the app doesnt recognize my user name or password. Support says change your password, did that makes no difference. Youd think a company the size and age of WW would get it right!

App wont let me login even after resetting my password. Have to use their service through my phones web browser - absolutely ridiculous. Please fix this bug ASAP.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Constant glitches ... Maybe actually fix the issues when you do an update, the look of the app did not need changing - the same problems occur over and over again. +++ Issues posting in Connect lately. For the amount we pay for this membership, the ongoing issues with app are unacceptable.

Journey tab getting blue dot for healthy eating range is a great motivator but not always accurate creating frustration with members. If item is logged in the wrong day blue dot taken away even if food item is removed. Please fix this feature as it would be great if it worked properly

Have had a weight watchers online account for over 10 years and cannot sign on to the app. Says I dont have an account, however works in safari and iphone, not ipad! Seriously.

When an update is done it should fix the issues that are affecting the use of this. Connect is constantly experiencing problems and Ive contacted agents who keeps telling me we will work on it. Weight watchers has been around for years and years. These are issues that should be fixed. The app is constantly crashing. Everything I go on the app I get a message "its not you, its us - come back later. Uuuugh ridiculous. Update and Fix these issues. People count on this app!!
