Bring FitPoints Back!

Agree with all the other comments about FitPoints! Please put the FP back on the home screen. It helps me plan my week and decide how much I will use/earn. Please!

New update will not work with I-pad

This app was working OK up until a couple of weeks ago, and now Im unable to track my food or my fitness points with my new I-pad. It wasnt the most user friendly site prior to these updates, but for the most part, I was able to do some basic tracking. I have also not been able to get the help I need from the Weight Watchers help desk with it.

Horrible update! No Customer service

We pay high monthly fees for an unusable app! Ive logged in 5 times today because every time I open the app to track my food it had crashed. This has been going on for several weeks now. Ive lost count on the number of recent updates but each one is worse.

Fix

Just joined WW and downloaded the app, but it freezes on the login page. I have deleted and downloaded 4 times and it does the same thing. Please fix this problem so I can use this part of the program!

Seriously?!?!

Come on, I HAVE to see how many Fit Points I have left. This is ridiculous, are you trying to sabotage my progress?? FIX IT!

Where are my fit points?!

You used to be able to see your fitpoints so you were aware of how many you had left as you used them. This is no longer available. Now I have to do all the calculations in my head. This has to be a glitch? Surely this was not intentional. It needs to be fixed!!

Stopped working

Was on the program for only 2 weeks and after they updated the app on Oct. 26 it stopped working. Like others I tried reinstalling, shutdowns, etc. Contacted their support chat and was not given any answer as to when this may get fixed. Very poor QA and customer support. Was told I can always use the website, but really? The website has no scanner, which is what makes the apps so useful. Pathetic.

From good to

Was good enough until this last update. Now I must keep track of FitPoints used ON PAPER!

Very good

I like the addition of frequent meals. But I miss the swapping of fit points. This really bothers me. Please bring it back.

Love it

I love the new app! Love the frequent meals! It really annoyed me that you couldnt copy foods from one meal to next or from one day to another. While not a copy feature, it meets my need. Love the new fitpoints page and the ease in getting to it! Finally WW made some good changes!!!

Will not open.

Yesterday had I had an app that I used multiple times a day to track everything I ate. After this recent update the app will not open. Uninstalled, reinstalled. Re-did profile assessment from a computer (as suggested by WW facebook page). Nothing works. Guess I will need to cancel as I am unable to get on to a computer each time I need to track. Poor quality QA and support as many others are reporting the same issue.

Ive been having issues with simply staying logged in! Ive been getting this message, "Its not you, its us!" Fix it now!!

I love the app. But, wish I could talk into it to track my meals.

Where are my Fitpoints I havent used??

I primarily use this app and normally have no issues but this latest update has me very frustrated. I see where they put the Fitpoints but WHERE are the ones I have left to swap??? Sooo frustrating!!!!

I gave up!

After 3 FRUSTRATING days of trying to load and navigate this website, I finally GAVE UP!!! It is poorly designed and not user friendly. I shouldve trusted the poor ratings that others gave it! The bar scanner is wonderful, but even that is difficult to get to. I fear that this app will discourage others who have never been on WW to the point of quitting the program. The program is GOOD! The app is LOUSY! Now, I hope that I can find an app that has a scanner but isnt loaded with ads.

Stops working at grocery store

Since the update the app seems to stop working every time I am grocery shopping and want to scan a new product. This happens even though I am connected to wi-do and other apps are working fine. I get a message that says "its not you its us." So frustrating to not be able to use the scanner or the calculator quickly and easily whenever I need it. This just started with the new update. Please fix it.

Great app.

The app is easy to use. The connect community is so supportive and helpful. I do have a suggestion that would be extremely helpful. Right now, if you want to see what you ate during a certain week in your past, you have to just keep clicking the arrow back. It would be great to be able to click on where it says "today" and a calendar or a date scroll option comes up. It would make things quicker. Sometimes, when I am struggling, I look at my progress chart. When I see a week that I did really well, I like to go back and look at what I ate that week to see if I can plan my next week similarly or get motivation for planning.
