The restaurant section of the app is messed up!!! Fix please

I was surprised to read some people have problems with this app. Im in my second week of tracking and have had no problems. I think some making the transition from "plus" to "smart" dont like that building an accurate food database is going to take a little time. Smart points is a great system and this tracking app is great. I gave 4 stars simply to acknowledge continued improvement in app function is a good idea.

Please fix the app. Every time I pull up a restaurant menu the same menu comes up. No matter what restaurant I pick the same menu populates. Please fix it. I really need that feature.

Like it a lot! I use the barcode a lot! It feels good knowing exactly how many points I can eat and not feel lost if I couldnt find the food through a search!

Was looking forward to the long-awaited update to bring back integration of the WW app with Apple Health. Not too surprised that it *still* does not work. Missing thousands of steps from several days ago despite syncing many times in the interim. Again today, missing 4,000 steps comparing the WW app to Apple Health steps. Please fix this once and for all.

Im in the US and WW app and online dont let you change the setting from kgs to lbs. something is wrong cuz it used to work fine until they said I have two accounts and they deleted one. Would give more stars and better review if they fix this issue. CS said it is with new customers since moving to the new program, but that was in like January!

Anyone else having issues accessing the restaurant info after the new update? I can look up the restaurant, but then theres not any food or points listed even after searching! So now, not only can I not find the restaurant info on the regular website, I also cant access it on the app- which is the primary place you should be able to access it on the go! Highly disappointed.

Love this app! I can scan almost any food and be able to track it instantly. Much much easier than writing it down or even typing in the item. Love it that it automatically updates weight from weigh in. Great way to progress! Also love that you can connect 24/7 for info or support! Great app!

I absolutely love this app! It is so easy to use that I did teach my mom, over the phone, how to use it. Sometimes there are glitches but it gets fixed asap. I love the 24/7 and connect, all available in the app.

This app is pretty terrible. It doesnt serve the purpose I hoped it would for tracking points. It has potential but isnt quite where it should be.

I have been using the app for about a week now, and its pretty intuitive, I have not had any performance issues, and the barcode scanning has been really helpful! So far so good!

I love the weight watchers app!! It makes it easy to track on the go and it has a lot of resources within the app like coaching and a searchable database of food and their point values! Plus there are recipes and the language the app uses is really encouraging!!

Im going back to the Desktop version and deleting this app. I was traveling and wanted restaurant info. One day there werent any restaurants, next day restaurants were back but all had the same food. I dont have time for an app that doesnt work properly. I will revisit in a few weeks and see if its working.

They have made a way to simplify tracking and grab recipes on the go in a way that I could not be happier with. What an incredible tool and what a convenient way to stay on track!! Love it!!

What is wrong with the app now? The food under the restaurants is all wrong? Ive had no problem with this app thankfully. Its been working well and is fast. However I only gave it four stars because there are no Healthy Checks. This is very important to me and I shouldnt have to keep the healthy checks on a separate piece of paper, or make additional notes on my phone. I should have the convenience to do it all in the same app.
