Restaurant Menus

Same items come up regardless of restaurant chosen. Its like for everything that gets fixed on this app, something else is broken.

Disappointed

I recently joined WE on line and until today things were going ok. Today I try to look up restaurants. Either no info or not the right info. Multiple attempts, no luck. Figured if I shut my phone off, maybe it would reset the app. Nope. Logged off so I could log on again. Explain to me why I get nothing but the Oprah intro? Very frustrating. Paying for online access, app usage, and now nothing. Sent an email to support...still waiting.

Feeling cheated out of $50

I wish I knew the restaurants were all screwed up before I rejoined. Sadly, my lifestyle is a lot of dining out and I have always relied on the restaurant listings. All of the restaurants list the same foods so I cant get the correct point values unless I go onto my laptop, which is not an option most days. I need this to work on my phone. Please fix!!

Great App

I am new to the app, but I think it is fabulous. It is so easy to track, so easy to see the sps for restaurant food, and lots of recipes categorized and meal suggestions. It does so many things that help keep me focused on my goal of reaching my desired weight.

Finally syncs with Apple Health

This function did not work until the latest update. Now it works wonderfully.

Great app

Helps me stay on program!

Since recent update, its bad!!!

Doesnt remember my info and now crashes every time I try to open. Was great but trying to improve it has made it far worse.

Love this app!!!

Love this app! Lost 4lb in one week. This app is there right when you need it. Look anything up when your out and about. Control your points on the spot and watch the weight come right off!!!!

Inconsistent

For those of you thinking about becoming an online member, the app is HORRIBLE. I paid for 3 months and I am only in my third week and the app has never worked properly. Now the problem is the restaurant browse. The list of restaurants come up but nothing else, no list of menu items from the restaurant chosen...just a blank screen. I paid my fee for the use of this site because I hate attending those stupid meetings. When I contacted WW they said they were aware of the problem and told me a round about way of getting the list of menu items which did not work either. Save your money, avoid WW!!!

I use this app everyday!

Love the app. Very easy to navigate and find food. Two weeks in and Ive lost 6lbs. Hard to edit when I put in something wrong and I wish their was a quick add to track water, fruits and veggies.

Have to delete and redownload daily

The app is fine for tracking when it is working. It is even compatible with my Apple Watch. Daily I have to delete this app and download it because it stops working. Also, it does not sync properly with the apple health app for accurate step tracking(had no previous problem with my Fitbit ). Annoying things that are actually important....

Easy to use

Great app. It makes tracking food very easy. Its awesome that it sinks to my garmin activity watch to track my steps.

This app started at the bottom and continues to dig itself deeper

NOTE: This review is for the Weight Watcher’s app - not the actual method of Weight Watchers; following the methods will more than likely help with weight loss. Now for the actual app (and website- both are equally terrible). Pros: None - this is one of the worst app designs I’ve ever experienced and I’ve tested hundreds of apps. Cons: With each “update” this app manages to both reach a new level of uselessness and maintain the poorly designed feel of the previous incarnations. If, big stress on if, one can manager to actually get the app to stay open then the user is treated to a menu layout that is impressive in it’s ability to present all the data one does not need while hiding any data that could potentially be helpful. Searching for something in this app is slightly less effective than blindly pressing buttons in as random pattern as possible. It takes at least 3 drill down menus to reach any of the tools one would naturally require for everyday functions. Should the method of point counting ever change (example - from Points Plus to Smart Points) then any searching or calculating function will be completely useless until the app is updated. This would not be unusual in most other apps other than the fact that it takes months for the app to be “improved”. Abandon any thoughts of logical and intuitive thinking to navigate through menu options to complete even the most common of tasks. This in and of itself is bad enough but combined with the often wrong, if not completely blank, info to count points results in an almost impressive display of time wasting swipes on the phone. Should one have the unfortunate task of contacting someone for help with this app then they will be impressed with the amount of useful knowledge that does not seem to be taught to any customer support assistant. Getting even the most basic of advice will be preceded with constant periods of silence from the other end followed by either - requests for ones log in info (despite having to be logged in to even begin a conversation with the assistant) OR a uniform talking point answer that will manage to not only not provide any helpful advice but also to slyly hint that because one needs help one is not capable of understanding the obtuse and condescending response that is parroted back. The fact that one would ever even use this app a second time is proof that the Weight Watcher’s methodology works - I use Weight Watchers DESPITE this app rather than because of it.

Decent APP - bug with iWatch/iPhone sync

All in all its decent. There is a bug, that it only syncs the steps generated from your iPhone, not from iWatch so renders the watch useless for fitness tracking - u have to carry your phone at all times to record correct level of activity. Whats even worse is its a known issue with WW and theyve been slow to address it.

Absolutely love weight watchers

My only wish is that there were more activity options!! I love the app the I recommend it to anyone wanting to loose weight.

Great App! Great Program

Glad that they have the Apple Health data syncing and converting to activity points. The app is easy to use once you get in and use it. The Connect feature brings a social experience to etools.

Great app

There are a few things you cant do on the app but it comes in real handy. Love it. I love the connect on it. Being able to post and people understand the struggle makes it nice.

Great Program, App is getting better

Weight Watchers is a great fit for me. In five months I reached my lifetime goal. The app has been the tool I have used from the beginning with some frustration as the change came from PointsPlus to SmartPoints and the app took time to catch up. The app has grown on me and since adding a FitBit the recording of FitPoints has been automatic!

Track them points

So far so good... Havent had any issues

I love WW but the App is glitchy

I love the tracking tool but entering a recipe is really hard . The App could use improvements in navigation. Why should you have to go to the calculator and then push another button to enter a recipe?
